What SafaMarwah.org is
SafaMarwah.org is an online marketplace that lists Umrah and Hajj packages offered by independent travel agencies in Hyderabad and lets you send them an enquiry. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or airline, and we do not sell, organise or operate any package.
Agencies and their packages
- Each package is offered and operated by the agency that lists it. The agency is responsible for its prices, inclusions, dates, visas, transport, accommodation and service.
- Our team reviews an agency before marking it Verified. Verification is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, so please read each listing and ask the agency about anything that matters to you.
- Prices and availability are set by agencies and can change. Confirm the details with the agency before you commit.
Payments
You pay the agency directly. SafaMarwah.org does not collect payment for packages, is not a party to your booking, and never asks for your card or bank details. Any agreement, payment or refund is between you and the agency.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry is free. It shares the details you provide with the agency you choose so they can contact you. Please give accurate information and do not use the service to send spam or abusive messages.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Agency accounts are created by our team; agencies must keep their listings truthful and up to date.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape personal data, impersonate others, or post misleading or unlawful content. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SafaMarwah.org is not liable for the acts or omissions of agencies, or for losses arising from a booking you make with an agency.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
