What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and/or email, and any message you write.
- Account details. If you sign in with Google or with an email and password, we receive your name, email address and, for Google, your profile picture.
- Basic usage. We record simple counts such as which packages are viewed, so agencies can see how their listings perform. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use your information to pass your enquiry to the agency you chose, to keep you signed in, to run and secure the service, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is shared with the agency you contacted so they can reply to you. That is the purpose of the enquiry. Our team may view enquiries to keep the marketplace safe and to help resolve problems. Agencies handle the details you give them under their own practices, so share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Services we rely on
We use trusted providers to run the site: Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), Vercel (hosting) and Google (optional sign-in). They process data on our behalf to provide these services.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
Payments
SafaMarwah.org does not take payment for packages and never asks for your card or bank details. You pay the agency directly.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep enquiries and account information for as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time and we will act on it unless we are required to keep it.
